Abstract

1. Nitrogen-sulphur ratio of normal serum albumin and globulin in the blood of rabbits is about 16:1.61 and 16:0.78 respectively.
2. The serum-globulin in the blood of a hematoporphyrin rabbit, which is increased by about 50 per cent of the normal value, remains the same in its chemical nature, when viewed from its sulphur content.
