The primary structure of the N-terminal portion of D-amino acid oxidase [D-amino acid: O₂ oxidoreductase (deaminating), EC 1. 4. 3. 3] was studied in the form of its S-carboxymethylated apoprotein by the automatic Edman degradation method.
