抄録
The muzzle pattern is very useful as a means to
identify each individual animal in cattle. An image
processing system for muzzle prints, including inputting,
binarizing the digital picture with shade,
extracting of feature values and identification of the
muzzle prints has been investigated. The results
suggest that the system is applicable to the identification
of cattle muzzle prints.
