A Mathematics curriculum for elementary level Mathematics Courses is proposed with a tentative Course Numbering System. This proposal was motivated by the recent changes in standards of colleges and universities by Japanese Minister of education. Special emphasis is put on the course of Math-Laboratory course, made possible by recent developments of Mathematics software.
