Abstract
Ohagi and Botamochi was left in difference among regions as an event food, but you guess future to become easy as eaten diet bought to be here and Japanese confection in 1 of artifacts of the rice you can get, and it seems to stop at a little folklore as an event food at an area and a house.  When there is necessity which also considers a processing method of such food for consumption of the grains Japanese has completed, it seems.
