Abstract
We have reported in this meeting, the validity of the phonetic examination using the fuzzy logics as a screening test for voice disorders. This test enables examinee to evaluate his own voice by filling in a questionnaire. The result is then calculated by fuzzy logics and placed into the six major disorders of the voice. We have put all the procedures into a computer soft thus making it possible to obtain result instantaneously just by an easy key board maneuvering. The capability of this soft in discriminating the voice is about 75% of that of an E.N.T. doctor. This soft is now circulated as an Online Soft Library in BBS. We are introducing here this soft which can be used through PC-98 computers.
