This paper discusses harmonic responses in Duffing equation having a symmetrical restoring force characteristics of polynomial of 3rd degree, without damping. The method of equivalent piecewise linearization starts from the obtained piecewise-linear solution as a generating solution. The periodic solutions obtained by this method are compared with the accurate ones by Runge-Kutta-Gill method. They show a fairly good agreement.
