Abstract
All students who are enrolled in the National College of Technology take their major technical subjects. In addition to their own major subjects, they are requested to take such liberal arts subjects as mathematics, physics, politics and economics, etc. in their first, second and third college years. The objective of this survey was to find out what kind of relationship exist between the mark achieved by a student for each of liberal arts subject and weighted mean of all technical subjects of his major. The results of this survey were described by the Categorical Data Analysis based on the Akaike's Information Criterion. As the findings of this study some useful information were obtained to improve the technical education in future.
