Abstract
This paper describes an arrangement of the registration Webpage for KisarazuNCT Kids Science Festival (KKSF). KKSF was held on July 23rd, 2013 with the support of KisarazuNCT Technology Promotion Exchange Meeting. The participants were elementary school students. Their parents logged in the registration Webpage to apply for KKSF. I prepared the registration Webpage. I designed to be easy to use the registration Webpage. (1)The parents use only one telephone number to the person con rmation. (2)The registration Webpage shows only themes which do not overlap the time zone of already selected themes. I used an array which can be modi ed exibly to determine the overlap. Although the registration Webpage had a bug, it was xed immediately, and then the page worked almost properly.
