This paper shows a construction of application Webpages for improvement course by Technics Promotion Exchange Meeting. In the past, the acceptance process of application of improvement course was supported by telephone or facsimile. It takes time and effort. In contrast, by using Webpage, the reception will be available 24 hours, and compilation of personal information will also be easy. The application Webpages have three parts: top page, subscription page, con rmation and deletion page. TheWebpages worked properly.
