Abstract
The process in which the copper wire is down between the vibrated die and 2nd die in the environment of ultrasonics has been studied experimentally. Additionally the analysis for the reduction of the drawing force has been tried dynamically and mathematically. The results are as follows; (1) When the distance between two dies is optimum, the drawing force reduces largely, but simultaneously there is a posibility of the fracture of the wire. (2) The temperature of the part broken has risen to above 450 degrees. (3) On the assumption that the wire and the vibrated die collide periodically and the drawing force depends on the impact velocity, the average of the drawing force calculated theoretically coincides with the experimental value satisfactorily.
