We have no reports in even networks, applied in Incidence Theory containing Distributed Line. In this paper the author has tried to consider, at first step, Loop matrix and Incidence matrix for Distributed line, and then, he has extended the incidence theory to Tumped-parameter circuit, containing Distributed line.
