Abstract

Structured light, including an optical vortex with a helical wavefront, possesses unique features, such as orbital angular momentum, and it enables the twist of a myriad of materials without chirality to form exotic chiral structures.

This exotic interaction between the structured light fields and matters will provide novel fundamental sciences and advanced optical technologies to explore new horizon of materials science.
