Macroautoradiographic studies on the distribution of 14C-labeled N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG-14C) in mice revealed that radioactivity derived from MNNG distributed selectively in nerve tissues 1hr after intravenous administration but not 5hr later. Such a phenomenon cannot be seen after oral administration.
