Abstract
This research aimed at clarifying the actual condition of the agricultural-products sale by partnership. Examination methods are documentary search, an interview, an on-the-spot survey, participant observation, and a questionnaire. As a result, the agricultural-products sale in Exchange between Urban Areas and Rural Areas was materialized as a business model through the stage. In the first step, the bilateral work of a farmer and a volunteer forms a sense of solidarity. In the second step, a new organization established from farmers. It is managing the business model which sells volunteers to a farmer's rice by mail order.
