Abstract

Questionnaire survey regarding the protection of crested white ibis was conducted in 2019 for the residents of Sado. The answers about evaluation about re-introduction project were divided into positive group and negative group. And qualitative data was analyzed as following measures, such as an analysis of hierarchical clustering, categorization of text data of negative group, and comparison of co-occurrence keywords of free description. As a result, some differences appeared in the recognition of the positive group and the negative group were identified. It was also showed that the variations of cognition appeared among two recognition domains.
