Abstract
Affirming the exsistence of the 3 special heart muscle systems in the auricle, let us imagine them in the Eihthoren's equitriangle. The form of the P wave, which may be found in the left auricular hypertrophy by considering each electrical excitations, caused by the stimulus conduction to the left and right auricle, are proved by the electrocardiogram of mitralstenosis recorded by means of the cathode ray oscillograph, which has the hypertrophy of the left auricle. The characteristic form of the electrocardiogram of this left auricular hypertrophy are 1) the P_I has abnormal large notching, 2) the P are prolonged in each lead, 8) P_<III> are negative or biphasic of which the negativ parts are abnormally large. Some variation may be found in this characteristic when complications come. The diagnosis of the left auricular predominance of the electrocardiogram can be determined when typical even by the string galvanometer.
