When young, little rabbits are injected intravenously with a large amount of nephrotoxin (10c,c/per 1kg), changes appear in urine soon after the injection and continue 4-5 days till their deaths. By the histological investigation, the changes of the kidney of a rabbit which died 6 hours after injection were found to have bean caused by glomerulonephritis. But when young, little rabbit, are injected intravenously with a. large amount of the normal duck serum, no changes appear in urine. According to the author's opinion, when a large amount of antibody in nephrotoxin is worked upon the kidney, antianaphylaxis occurs evidently at once and then changes in urine appear.
