Abstract
As to the basic diseases underlying arrhythmias a statistical study has been performed. The chief basic diseases were organic heart diseases, namely coronary heart disease, rheumatic valvular disease, hypertensive disease and hyper-thyroidism, but, at the same time, it is noteworthy that lone arrhythmia was found in a high frequency. And it is discussed that this arrhythmia result from subclinical arachnoiditis spinalis adhesiva.
