Abstract
The purpose of this study is to promote recurrent learning.
We examined the factors that cause working people to return to study after becoming workers, i.e., mind change. As a result, it was clarified that the factors that make the mind-change happen are “motivation enhancement from the university side,” “location,” and “participants' circumstances (timing of career change, dissatisfaction with the situation at the time of application, family situation, etc.). The results also suggested that the factors differed depending on the attributes of the participants.
