Survey on an image and a satisfactory degree for shool uniform which was being worn at present was made to parents and their children attending junior high school, senior high school, junior college and college.
The date of survey, the region of survey, the random sampling, the method of survey, the number of distribution of questionare and the contents of questionare are the same with part 1 and part 2.
The findings were obtained as follows :
1. At junior high school and senior high school, adjective such as ‟studentlike” was highly accepted among parents and their children and in the order of ‟economic”, ‟easy” and ‟rivalry-controlled” it was done among them. In every adjective, however, an image for school uniform was highly accepted among Parents. Adjective critical to school uniform was low accepted among parents and their children.
2. At junior college and college, such adjectives as ‟economic”, ‟studentlike”, ‟simple” and ‟rivalry-controlled” were highly accepted among parents and their children compared with other adjectives. Such adjetcives as ‟rustic”, ‟killing- personality” and ‟insanitary” were also highly accepted among parents and their children.
3. A satisfactory degree for school uniform which was being worn at present was higher among parents than their students through every school and every college.
At junior high school and senior high school, a satisfactory degree for school uniform was high among parents and their children.
At junior college and college, a satisfactory degree for the style of school uniform was low among parents and their children, especially low among their children.
A satisfactory degree for school uniform, in general, was high among the opponents to school uniform in the difference of a taste through every school and every college.
