Abstract
The HPC structural method has been adopted for Sizuoka-Prefectural-General-Hospital which was designed as a probable key position for medical care activities at the time of earthquakes disaster, in Sizuoka prefecture, a designated area for possible earthquakes. In this method instead of using a conventional poured concrete, the parts of columns, beams, slabs and walls precasted in a factory are assembled at the construction site to forme the structure. This method secured a high quality of the building and enable to shorten the necessary construction period of this project. This paper demonstrates the outline of HPC structural method and its execution.
