Abstract
“Lions Station Tower Higashi Sapporo” is a 21 story reinforced concrete building which is used as condominium. The concrete used in its execution is the high strength one, and the strength required in the design ranges from 270 kgf/cm2 to 360 kgf/cm2. In order to make it possible to execute, making use of such high strength concrete, without suspension even in winter in cold region, we carried out various experiments in both laboratories and on-site, and explored the most desirable way to control the quality of the high strength concrete. As a result, we successfully attained the necessary quality as structural concrete, and we proudly herewith announce our high level of achievement in the field of high-rise reinforced concrete structure.
