Super workable concrete was employed to construct a new building. The outer wall of the building is architectural concrete, and creating a highly durable concrete wall was requested. Prior to the work, it was confirmed that the super workable concrete has good compactability, low permeability, and low drying shrinkage. The construction method was selected through placing tests. In the construction work, lateral pressure of fresh concrete and pressure loss along the pipeline during pumping were measured. Through the actual work, it was confirmed that the super workable concrete has excellent compactability.
