In recent years, the operational problems of agricultural co-operatives have diversified with the change of social, economic conditions. For this reason, this paper assumed that making better use of the information possessed by the individual employee in agricultural co-operatives may be necessary, and subsequently conducted a social experiment that attempted to form human networks among 14 agricultural co-operatives in Miyagi Prefecture. In this paper, the author analyzed the formation process and formation technique by utilizing web bulletin board as a tool; the social experiment was conducted since September 2011.
