A Study on the Processing of Area Management Activities in the Core Area of Large Cities

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to clarify development, management activities, activity organization and financial resource of organization, etc., putting emphasis on the processing of long-term area management activities in the core area of large cities. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, not only development of physical maintenance in order to heighten competitiveness but public private partnership(PPP), organization of management are carrying out by cooperative and role assignment. Secondly, it is advancing existence of the company and the organization which has powerful leadership, and development and event with the impact which can renew the image of area. Therefore, although active processing of activity of area management from now on is expected, it also has the problem of talented people and financial resource.
