Recently, Mobility Management (MM) has been used often in order to increase the bus passenger. But, it is not clear the relation between the ability of bus level of service (bus LOS) and the effect of MM. The purpose of this study is to examine the bus LOS which brings out the certain growth of the bus passenger by implementation of MM. After we classified the ability of bus LOS of the subject area into six phases, the examinee living in the best bus LOS showed the increase of bus frequency by MM. In addition, the frequency of bus use increased 1.15 days per one month after the experiment of MM. Furthermore, we found that the LOS of inflection point is the area where people can ride the bus with 40 % of probability even if they will start from home any time in a day.
