Abstract
Recently, land readjustment projects combined with other measures have been promoted in built-up city area. To improve accountability for public works projects, considered to be required to analyze the benefits that are expected to cost the equivalent of a grant for the project. In this study, benefit estimation methods of land readjustment projects for improving land use were examined. The effects of the project are organized systematically, because the project is expected to be effective for both urban infrastructure development and improving land use. Considering the data availability at the time of the project decision making, we examined variables that can be applied practically. Estimation of the land value function by each variables and the case study by the function show that reasonable benefit is measured.
