Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out useful lessons for rebuilding flats by surveying residents’ experiences. Based on the profiles of practitioners, this study shows some tips for building consensus among residents of flats in terms of making residents’ associations, attitudes of executive members of the association, designing the process, and providing and collecting information.
