Abstract

This study was investigated the exchanges mechanism within the several citizen’s groups through the citizens’ event of Midori-no-Tsudoi which participated a large number of regional citizen’s group in the Senboku new town in Sakai city. In the investigation, the exchange contents were identified and an effect of 31 exchange that occurred through the hearing investigation for the citizen’s groups which other groups and some kind of exchange produced between 16 groups through the Midori-no-Tsudoi in Senboku new town. As a result, the exchange of the citizen's group produces that were recognized the information such as festivals performed in suggestion and a request about the specific activity such as the welfare and care, the environment activity as an opportunity. The continuation of the exchange made an effect of the profit for the group.
