Abstract

This investigation seeks to clarify the role and experience of community planning professionals at reconstruction work and obtain knowledge on community planning professionals dispatching system. To achieve these purposes, this study investigates Promotion group relocation for disaster mitigation at Tadakoshi and Shibitachi area Karakuwa Kesennuma city Miyagi prefecture. As a result, it was found that they assume position of mediator and role of technical supports, moral support, and so on. In addition, it was clarified that it is effective for professionals to use experience in past reconstruction work and enough support is possible by using the present community planning professionals dispatching system.
