Abstract
[Purpose] NKCP has the anti-coagulation effect and enhances the fibrinolysis. I examined the inhibitory effect of platelet aggregation of NKCP. [Method] Subjects are twelve young healthy males (22.3±2.1 years old) and six elder healthy males (45.0±2.8 years old). I measured spontaneous platelet aggregation (SPA), and Epinephrine induced aggregation (EA), and NKCP inhibited aggregation, using the laser light scattering method (PA200; Kowa). [Result] (1) Low concentration NKCP enhanced SPA and high concentration NKCP (10mg/ml) reduced SPA significantly. (2) NKCP did not show the significant effect on the Epinephrine enhanced aggregation. [Conclusion] It was suggested that NKCP had inhibitory effect on SPA but did not had significant effect on stress enhanced platelet aggregation.
