大学生の大企業内定に関する実証的研究

—学生の就職活動の影響に着目して—

According to the Works Institute’s survey, large firms are popular target for job hunting of university students. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors which affect to be employed by large firms and this paper focuses on student’s job hunting. First of all, this research showed that student’s “unusual job hunting” caused the Tohoku Earthquake (March 11, 2011) was a negative effect on influence to employment status. Secondly, this study confirmed that student’s learning outcomes and student service for career were positive affected. These results suggest that “student and university’s efforts” in university are more important than selectivity of university for students to be employed by large firms.
