Abstract
The purposes of this paper are to take a bird's eye historical view of so called
“21st Century Education Reform ”and to analyze what the “21st century education
reform ” has been brought and what has been achieved. Unfortunately, Authors
Conclusion is that the Reform has brought straying, confusion, contradiction.
And who education in this country should be for, and what kind of awareness
each person concerned should play in order to do so.
Also his article include criticism about those involved in education and those
involved in teacher training who have been “dancing” with the reforms?
