A new bottom-up process for the fabrication of inorganic nanostructure and it's application

Abstract

A new bottom-up process for the fabrication of inorganic nanostructure is proposed. A template protein supramolecule for the single electron transistor and a large 2D ferritin crystal were successfully produced. Floating gate memory produced employing this method shows clear memory effect.
