Control System on Carbonization Treatment System of Sludge

Abstract

To accelerate the utilization and recycling of sludge of which amount has been increasing year by year, it is necessary to provide various forms of sludge which meet the user's needs.
Carbonized sludge closely resembles charcoal. Due to its original feature that is not found in the melting slag and ash, it is usable in a wide variety of ways as gardening soil, soil improvement material and dehydrating agents. We have started the development of this Carbonization Treatment system to manufacture the carbonized sludge in 1996.
After basic research and demonstration testing, two commercial plants are smoothly operating now. The nature of sludge is influenced by sewage treatment plants and seasons. This report introduces the control system on the Carbonization Treatment System to make good Carbonized sludge against various disturbance.
