The automobile greatly gives the influence to recent environmental problems. The environmental problems solution is not thought without measures of the automobile. The improvement works by various parts of the automobile to solve this problem. An automatic transmission controls the driving performance of the automobile and controls the fuel cost performance. Because the automotive performance is improved, the improvement approach of AT is important. It explains the material technology and the carburizing technology. In addition, it explains while introducing a recent case about the low pressure carburizing technology.
