Abstract
The Japan Gamification Association was established in 2019 for the purpose of research and dissemination of gamification and training of gamification designers. In this paper, we focus on "gamification training" and report on the practical implementation of gamification training at one company that we conducted in July of this year. Our goal is to realize a society where companies and employees can learn and use gamification to increase their motivation to work and make both companies and employees happier.
