Abstract
It has become internationally recognized that social media pose significant risks to minors, owing to their strong interactivity. In response, various jurisdictions have recently pursued legislative measures aimed at protecting minors through the introduction of a "Digital Majority Age" concept. Drawing on trends in related legislation, including child influencer laws that protect minors appearing on online video platforms, this paper explores issues specific to the esports domain within the "Digital Majority Age" concept.
