Abstract
This paper describes the information transfer system influencing the diffusion of technological information with few staff in the organization, together with the collection, storing and retrieval of information which support it. Also the establishment of technological information center for the promotion of this system and technological Information sub-center for backing up, including functions of information officers were explained.
