Abstract

Thisi is a treatise in whichi some model is constructed reading relationship between information and individual from the viewpoint of meaning of "intelligence individual behavior"having the subject that "information exists in the same world that individuals are and the very information is such such one as is perceived and congnized by individuals. It is presumed that meaning of information is not an attribute of information itself nor an attribute of its receiver himself,but a creature of certain relationship between information and its receiver. In this treatisem model is first approachide from the two angles of "Identitity"and"difference"between information and its receiver. Then,consideration is given by applying the model to practical instances concerning information.
