Abstract
To interest users in information treatment system and develop its utilization smoothly, it is desirable to construct firstly a small-scale system. Information specialists must make an effort to promote users'understanding for the information, while taking part in the design and the practical use. In this paper, an example for random access file programmed by BASIC (Beginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code) is mainly introduced and additionaly various problems for the construction are referred.
