This research analysis the accuracy of emission map by comparing result leaded by one vehicle's result yielded by microscopic emission map to that leaded by dynamometer. After this, we compare the difference between macroscopic and microscopic methods, and suggest a supplementation of macroscopic method. Connected to vehicle trajectory data with Emission rate map, we calculated pollutant emission of traffic flow near tollgate of high way by vehicle microscopic method, this result was closer to the actual measurement than existing macroscopic method. Emission rate map can be used for updating method of the present emission index. And it can be considered as powerful database due to possibility to relate present facility, it is able to save the cost and time. Using this method, microscopic way can make us to expect that dynamic environment of transportation.
