The application of blockchain and travel destination identification mechanism to cash flow in the rural

Abstract

This research aims to develop a multi-subsidy system using the mechanism of blockchain. With the functions of blockchain, the user ID and user’s trip detail information can be identified that will allow service providers to process faster and easier when facing payment requests. At current situation, there are many ministries of center government in Taiwan subsidy residents to improve the service of mobility. However, due to the capacity of administrations, each subsidy project has its own operation system such that user’s unsatisfied need will not be able to switched to another system. In addition, the process of receiving the subsidy of mobility service request several prolong stages of accounting reviews. It is undoubtedly a heavy burden for small business, and local service providers. The proposed multi-subsidy system provides a more effective mechanism for use, service providers and government agencies.
