Abstract
In continuance with the previous reports (1-4), the effect of excess glycine on rat liver DNA, RNA was examined.
For the determinaton of Desoxyribonucleic acid, Ribonucleic acid in animal tissues, the method by Schmidt et al. was used.
From the results obtained, no significant change was recognized on DNA cotnent of liver among 4 groups. But, on glycine excess animals, RNA was much lower than that of control.
