Carrier transport and generation processes in 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexahexyloxy-triphenylene (HHOTP) have been studied by a time-of-flight method in various phases. The carrier mobility is estimated by using curve fitting method in which the spatial distribution of generated charge carrier density is taken into consideration. From the experimentally determined slope-to-intercept value in a field dependence of generated charge, zero field quantum efficiency of carrier generation is estimated to be approximately 0.05% by taking Onsager model into consideration.
