We have studied liquid crystal microemulsion which is made by the mixture of the thermotropic and lyotropic liquid crystals. We have found for the first time the transparent nematic(TN) phase where nematic director is locally distorted by the randomly dispersed inverse micelles. Thus, system has isotropic nature, nevertheless nematic order is completely accomplished. By using the dynamic light scattering, we measure the temperature and concentration dependence of the collective diffusion constant of inverse micelles both in the isotropic and transparent nematic phase. Collective diffusion motion of inverse micelles in the TN phase is faster than isotropic phase because of the existence of the apparent interaction between inverse micelles, which is originated by the locally deformed nematic director field.
