Reflective full color liquid crystal displays will be used widely in near future because of its low power consumption and clear image not only in a room but also under the sunlight. However, standard evaluation method of the reflective display characteristics has not yet been established. In this research, an accurate measuring method is discussed, the equipment is designed based on it, and finally a standard evaluation method is proposed.
