3D06 垂直配向モードを用いた液晶超解像光学素子

It has known that the super-resolution using a shadow mask is one of the well-known techniques. However, this method is not widely used due to the appearance of large side-lobes at the focus point. There is a report that a super-resolution spot with reduced side-lobes can be realized using a liquid crystal optical element with two different LC aligned regions. In this study, by using a photo-alignment method with a new LC aligned structure we report the method to simplify the fabrication processes of the same kind of the optical element.
