The hole transport in mesophases of a smectic liquid crystal, 2-(4'-Octylphenyl)-6-dodecyloxynaphthalene doped impurities intentionally was characterized by time-of-flight technique. Impurities is terthiophene derivatives. And temperature-dependence and dopant-concentration-dependence of hole mobility were investigated particularly.
